5G home internet vs. ezWave
A cell network, or a network built for your home

T-Mobile and Verizon figures are from their own plan pages, broadband labels and network policies (October 2026); Verizon’s are for its mid-band network, and its high-band network is faster where it reaches. ezWave’s latency was measured on our own network. Carrier prices vary by address and promotion.
When 5G home internet is the better choice
If you already have a T-Mobile or Verizon phone plan, the bundle discount can bring the price down, and if ezWave doesn’t reach your home, their gateway plugs in within minutes with nothing to mount outside.
When ezWave is the better choice
Lower latency and more upload, an outdoor receiver instead of a signal that has to get through your walls, towers you don’t share with phones, a static IP included and technicians who live here.
