This privacy policy applies to mobile and desktop applications published by ezWave Inc. (“ezWave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the apps listed below. It explains what information, if any, our apps collect, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

This policy may be updated as we release new apps or add features to existing ones. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Each app’s specific data practices are summarized in the App-Specific Disclosures section below, and additionally in that app’s listing on the Apple App Store, under the App Privacy section provided to Apple.

General Principles

Most ezWave apps are designed to function entirely on your device, without collecting, transmitting, or storing personal information on our servers. Where an app does use a feature that involves data leaving your device, such as Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit for cross-device sync, that data is handled directly between your device and Apple’s iCloud service using your own Apple ID. ezWave does not operate servers that receive, store, or have access to this data, and ezWave employees and systems cannot view its contents.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Information We Do Not Collect

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular app below, our apps do not:

• Require account creation or login
• Collect your name, email address, or contact information
• Track your location
• Use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising networks
• Use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• Collect or transmit any data to ezWave servers, because ezWave does not operate servers for these apps

Local Notifications

Some ezWave apps allow you to schedule reminders (for example, a daily reading reminder). These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device using Apple’s local notification system. The reminder times you set are stored only on your device. ezWave has no access to this information and it is never transmitted anywhere.

iCloud / CloudKit Sync (where applicable)

Some ezWave apps may offer, or may in the future offer, the option to sync your data (such as progress or saved settings) across your own devices using Apple’s CloudKit framework and your personal iCloud account. When this feature is used:

• Your data is stored in your private iCloud database, associated with your own Apple ID.
• This data is transmitted directly between your device and Apple’s servers, governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.
• ezWave does not have access to, and cannot view, this data. We do not operate or control any server that receives it.
• You can disable iCloud sync for any app at any time in your device’s Settings, or by signing out of iCloud.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, contact us using the information below and we will address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including to reflect new apps or new features in existing apps. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
