How it works

Fixed wireless from Escalon

A small receiver on your home or business talks by radio to one of our towers a few miles away. It isn’t satellite and it isn’t cable. That short trip keeps latency around 12 ms, and normal weather doesn’t really affect it.

A technician installs it

The technician puts a small receiver on your roof, or on a pole if that works better, runs one cable inside and sets up your Wi-Fi. It usually takes about two hours, and there’s no installation charge.

Local technicians

Our own technicians work out of Escalon, and we’re usually out within two to four days. Someone needs to be home at the start, preferably an adult.

Free service calls

If something’s broken, the service call to fix it is free. Call us and we’ll check it right away.
